Using a Nominating Committee

Many Greek organizations use a nominating committee to create a slate of members to serve as the next executive board.  This has many advantages, in that the committee can consider the strengths and weaknesses of a potential team, rather than throwing together an assortment of individuals who may not work together well.  But this is a new concept to many undergraduates, so I created a short presentation to help them understand.
